The dress was embellished in its entirety with lace appliques. To complement her gown, Alaina selected an ivory two-tier fingertip veil with a silk-corded edge.
Alaina carried a clutch bouquet of white hydrangeas and off-white roses accented with light pink roses.
In keeping with tradition, she slipped a sixpence given to her by her grandmother into her shoe as “something old.” A silver daughter-in-law bell pendant tucked into her bouquet was “something new,” and a chaplet rosary belonging to the groom's grandmother, Rita Mawfy Broussard, was “something borrowed.” Alaina's garter served as “something blue.”
